Critical: QualityThe people who run this are not bad people very friendly and nice. How ever after getting a sew in I’m highly disappointed in the level of service. I am not a professional by any means how ever I have had dozens of sew ins done in my life. The braid pattern is wonky and a different person did them not the stylist who did the sew in. Well then after just a week of the sew in being done I had multiple tracks lift up the front was so discombobulated my hair no longer covered the braids. I went back after calling to get it fixed. To start there are not enough tracks in the style but it was sewn down a second time and then the super crazy happened. My hair was super cooked with spritz heat from the flat iron and I think edge control. Long story short I look like a hot mess with stiff waterfalls on top of my head on a holiday weekend.
