I have had only amazing experiences here. Nicolle is unbelievable when it comes to giving me the lived in balayage that I love! I used to live in NYC and go to the bumble flag ship salon. In my opinion in Nicolle far out performs the other stylists I have tried. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I felt safe during covid. Excellent customer service and excellent skill!

I began using Alexandria’s Beauty Salon after their team did my best friend’s wedding. I had been a box hair dyer for years but knew it was time to treat my hair good. I booked an appointment with Alex since that’s who my friend saw. I went in telling her I didn’t want to spend a lot of money but knew I needed some TLC. She suggested what I needed and we went to work. I religiously go to my appointments every 6-8 weeks, a few of the other girls have done up-do’s or blow outs for me and now I get my eyebrows waxed there. I receive SO many compliments on my hair color every time I see Alex. I recommend everyone to them, and have sent a few people to them already. I cannot say enough pleasant things about the salon and the staff. All of the stylists there are friendly and I do not find their pricing to be any more than other area salons. Wonderful woman owned business!

You can’t find a better salon! Booking Alexandria’s was very last minute which is very typical of me to put things off. They already had a wedding scheduled that day but I was obsessed with all of their Instagram posts and knew I had to have them and they made arrangements to make it work despite having another wedding. After my trial, I loved my hair and makeup but last minute when I tried on my dress, I didn’t want to do the half up half down style. The day before the wedding I called Alex and she said NO problem, we will make it perfect! Flash to the day of, she pulled off a hair style I could only imagine off of pinteresy, it was flawless and better yet, unique and I got compliment after compliment about it! Rachel did my makeup and during this time I was anxious for the big day. She was so calming and relaxed me to a point where my fears went away, I felt like we became best friends. The makeup she exceeded my expectations and everything I wanted she achieved and it still looked good at 2:00 am 14 hours later! The other girls were awesome too, thanks to Nicole and Heather you all were so fun !!! All of the girls looked perfect! I will recommend them to everyone I know!

Everyone looked stunning, and all of the girls were raving about how much they loved their look (which never happens!). She was so easy going and professional, and was such a pleasure to work with. Went as a walk-in first-time client with a head that needed some serious fixing after a previous botched bob haircut from another salon. Karissa couldn’t have been any nicer. She actually listened to what I wanted and gave me her recommendations. It ended up being a correction cut since all my hair was uneven and layers done incorrectly but I couldn’t be happier. She spent over an hour on me, even though I was a walk-in and the cut was exactly what I originally wanted. She was very professional, patient and made me feel important. Definitely spreading the word on this place.
