The girl who did my hair took 4 hours to do it, my face was stained with dark haircolor afterward, and my hair was SUPER OVERPOCESSED. It looked pretty tho, i think if i would have made my appt for earlier it wouldnt have taken her so long. Its partly my fault.

I have gotten my hair done here twice….who goes back when it wasn’t right the first time right? I did. The first time it wasn’t bad at all it just wasn’t at all what I had asked for plus she was in a hurry to get home which automatically made me feel like I was keeping her there. Second time I explained in detail what I wanted on the phone, got to the appointment with the same lady from my previous visit who tells me she doesn’t have time for what I wanted and that she had another client to do after me. I will not go back. Also my friend quit going after being a dedicated client there and great tipper because they wanted to charge a $50 missed appt fee. There are just better places to go. Plus the prices are steep

Do NOT go to Alicia Lyons… she did my hair and it was very brassy all over and said if you don’t like I will fix it at no charge then she changed her mind and wanted to charge me 90$ after paying 165$ for a terrible job was supposed to be blonde high lights she colored my hair brown and there is nothing but brass.. I will never go back… and she don’t respond to text messages!

I’ve been going to Alexander’s off and on for years and they never disappoint, except they are very pricy when it comes to both a color and cut. But everyone I have used has been so nice, funny and professional. They know exactly what I want even when I don’t have picture example. I highly reccomend them, even though they are rather costly. But their work is worth every penny. Wonderful service!

She informed me going back to blonde wouldn’t be impossible, but difficult and not suggested any time soon. My hair is thin and pretty damaged from being bright blonde for many years.
