My hairdresser was wonderful, but Alexander and another gentleman kept rushing her while she was working on me (I had a keratin treatment which can’t be rushed) the service was ok, but they were talking loudly about personal experiences, cheating on previous relationships, etc. Not very professional, and constantly rushing my hair dresser who took exactly 1 and a half hours total, which is what my treatment required, so she wasn’t being slow. “Omg you’re still with that lady” you’ve been with her since this morning (not true, I had an afternoon appointment) finish already, etc. Very unprofessional.

My gel manicure which I paid $42 for barely lasted one week. Polish is totally chipped and peeling off my nails. Five days after I got my nails done, I called the salon and asked to speak to the owner/manager to report this and see what they could do but they left me on hold for so long, I finally gave up and hung up the call. proceeded to leave him a text message (I had his cell phone number due to another incident with zelle payment so i know for a fact that was his personal cell ph #). My text message went totally ignored and when I saw that it had been read, I sent it again 2 more times. Still my issue has not been acknowledged –terrible customer service.

Do you want honesty? Ok. I’ll let you have my honest opinion. I couldn’t communicate with my stylist at all bc she didn’t speak a word of English. It made for a very frustrating experience. Also, if you purchase a Groupon you only get a “trim” not a haircut. They charged me an additional 20.00 for a “style” cut. And finally, I left with my hair fairly wet….I didn’t even want to know how much more she wanted to dry it completely.

My hair came out pretty, but the girl that did my keratin was doing someone else’s hair at the same time, without asking me if it was ok. She left sitting with chemicals in hair cause she walked away when it was half applied, & she left me under the dryer till she finished the other ladies hair even though the chemicals were making me cry and it was hard to breathe. Also they had no ventilation. The end result wasn’t worth the risk.

Had my hair done for a black diva treatment, was promised that the result of the treatment done for my hair would last for 6 months which did not happen. I paid $240 for the black diva. After 3 days with just one wash, my hair went back to almost how it was prior to the procedure. I called them and they told me to go in within 3 days but wasn’t able to do it because I have work and had to take care of my daughter. After 3 washes in 2 weeks, my hair returned to its original state. So, I called the salon back to get my hair redone. they told me they’ll fix my hair but I have to pay again, I called to work things out with the staff but they didnt offer any help or any redo of the treatment. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO MY HAIR HERE. EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF!!!EXTREMELY ineffective hair treatment results.
