Critical: Punctuality, QualityMade an appointment for 9AM the day before I went to the barbershop. I was there for 9AM and the barber shop was closed. I waited for 10 minutes, still no one showed up. They never even called to check to see if I was still coming, overall just really really bad customer service all around. Made an appointment for 9AM the day before I went to the barbershop. I was there for 9AM and the barber shop was closed. I waited for 10 minutes, still no one showed up. They never even called to check to see if I was still coming, overall just really really bad customer service all around. Be careful when making an appointment, luckily I only live 5 mins from the shop.
