Note that with the pandemic and having a baby, I have NOT done anything with my hair in 3 years. 3 years ! So, my husband was sweet to schedule a mani / hair cut / color appointment for my birthday. I came here for the first time and I’m glad I did. It is hard to find someone that can layer your hair. I haven’t gotten a haircut for 1.5 years, because I couldn’t find anyone. Naomi was attentive and nice, I left with exactly what I wanted.

A full-service salon with independent beauticians to meet all your hair, skin, and nail needs. They have a Café with delicious offerings of food and drink. Walk-ins are welcome but it’s a good idea to find a regular beautician.

Well she did a good job but I didn’t tell her how long I wanted my length. Kind of short for my likings. It’s shorter then half my back. My hair was about to my waist. Who know’s how long it will take to grow back. I paid $150 for a cut and dye. UPDATE so I came back to Alexander’s to just dye my hair. Lady who does my hair ( won’t mention her name but starts with an “S”) she dyed my hair black. But what I thought was weird is she stuck me under the hair dryer. At the time I had no idea that opens hair cuticles. Long story short she fried my hair. I will never return to this place.

Ive been coming to Yvette for over a year know and she has made a big noticeable difference In my hair journey! She has always worked with my schedule and even taken me in under such short notices. She always been very communicative when it comes to my hair and has always done an amazing job. She’s the sweetest person ever and has such a great personality. Such a friendly environment. I got a baylage done by Ruby 100/10 such a talented girl! Definitely recommend coming here. They even have a cafe which is a plus ! I ordered the chicken pasta never had such good pasta! Amazing experience

I went to Alexander’s this past Tuesday (6/11/19) for a full blonde weave. Tracy did my hair and I am completely unsatisfied with the results; the top half of my hair is clearly not blonde. It is more of a gold/copper color. I was charged $225 for this service, and I even tipped her $60. The more I looked at my hair, the more unhappy I became. I contacted Tracy regarding this issue, and she completely shut me down when I requested a refund (wherein I additionally told her to keep the tip money), saying that she would retain the funds for the services rendered. When I responded that I wanted restitution for unsatisfactory work, she did not reply, and she still has not replied. I would absolutely NOT recommend going to this salon, and now I am out $300 that I worked incredibly hard for. I attempted to contact the owner of the salon; the receptionist sounded hesitant over the phone when informing me that the owner was not present. Do not go to this salon for three reasons: 1) lack of quality work, and 2) incredibly poor customer service, and 3) the salon and it’s respective staff clearly does not care about client satisfaction or client retention. I am including pictures of my desired result, and pictures of the unfortunate color job performed on me. EXTREMELY disappointed!!!
