Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueAwesome service. The salon was clean, and I was greeted almost immediately when I walked in. All stylists were friendly and mine did a great job on my hair. Kate really listened to my concerns and what I wanted. She went over options with me and it came out better than I could have imagined. She even offered me some tips as to how to keep my hair looking as good as it does now! Awesome service. The salon was clean, and I was greeted almost immediately when I walked in. All stylists were friendly and mine did a great job on my hair. Kate really listened to my concerns and what I wanted. She went over options with me and it came out better than I could have imagined. I had an awful experience with this salon. I discussed what I wanted previous to going in with a specific hairstylist who assured me she could give me what I was looking for, however, when I went in she did something completely different without discussing it with me first and I didn’t find out until I paid that she had decided to do something completely different on her own. I decided to take it up with the manager of the salon who told me she would need to charge me for what I asked for originally and refused to fix their mistakes free of charge and it was a huge problem for them. It was completely unprofessional and I’ve never been to a salon that doesn’t accommodate their mistakes. It was clear that pleasing their customers isn’t a huge priority for them. While I was there my hairstylist left me in the seat two separate times to answer personal phone calls. Overall, a waste of time and money and would suggest going elsewhere.
