I booked an appointment at AY for the first time last month. My roots were almost 6 months overgrown, so I asked for full highlights. Brittney did an AMAZING job! Critical: QualityI got a hair cut at this place a few months ago and my hair is still recovering. I was given the choppiest, shortest layers which isn’t what I asked for and it’ll take even more months (or years honestly) for my hair to recover. Whole sections of my hair are randomly shorter than the rest. My hair was also cut shorter on one side. My hair is naturally wavy and thick and this cut has taken all of the texture and thickness out of it.
