I would give negative stars if I could. I have been going to this salon since 2016 as I grew up in the area. When I arrived (04/15) to spend a girls day with my friend there I initially wanted a full set and a pedicure but changed my mind to just a mani-pedi with gel. I was charged $68, which is the price of a set ($40) and the pedicure ($28) instead of the $30-$40 something it should’ve cost me.

I showed the tech a picture of the nails I wanted and she delivered on design! The place is clean and there a many color choices and styles. The reason I gave a 4/5 is because the edges around the nails were not completely cleaned from polish at the end and not really much massage during that pedicure. I would recommend them though!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueZero Stars. Made reservations and for two sets of Mani/Pedi. As more patrons started to pour in my pedi became tremendously rushed. I chose to overlook the missed left-foot massage and nail polish splattered around my skin. But then…. she caught the attention of head nail tech after rushing through my manicure and throwing down her utensils (Even the nail tech next to us started taking notice) I asked if she was going to help my nail tech because she is getting very frustrated with the very plane pattern (seen on my big toe pictures) and after a lengthy conversation in Chinese she asked what I wanted. I said to come to the nail salon for nails… if that’s too much I would like to pay for my toes and leave. It was very uncomfortable and my daughter was really embarrassed. I felt for $97 I got the worse nails of my life and all my Fb friends are getting pics of these horrible nails I posted here. Hope the owner sees this to correct that behavior. I chose to overlook the missed left-foot massage and nail polish splattered around my skin. Love this place! Prices are reasonable and the work is great! Getting pampered here is the best. I’ve never had a service to complain about my nails still look good after 2 weeks & pedicures are very thorough and relaxing.

I have went here before and the woman I had was rough with my nails that my nail beds had bled. That was minor compared to what was done to my nails this time. I didn’t notice until I left that my nails were uneven. I got a soak off and full set. Sloppy work. I called and explained my situation and they said to come in and they would correct it…that was another mistake…under my acrylic nail it is rough and I still feel for $68 that they are not up to par…(I am very picky about my nails but for the prices they charge you shouldn’t come home crying that you hate your nails.) My mom went with me for support when I went back and I had hoped they would just redo my nails entirely. Nope. They were going to charge full price to screw up again. Just know when you go here it’s a gamble and another thing, the receptionist is rude.

Tech was very careful and meticulous. I had the dip powder/SNS as I usually get and this is the first salon I’ve been to that’s applied them properly! Tech used the appropriate top coat (not just a layer of clear gel like most salons I’ve been to). She also was attentive when she was applying the polish and when dipping my fingers so there were no bumps or raised areas. Very happy and will return. Prices were average but worth the quality I received.

They are rough. The nail tech made me bleed and I had my 7 year old with me getting a mani pedi and completely ignored my daughter for 50 minutes. Never coming here again. Gel manicures, Manicure, Pedicure
