She’s talented and took her time making sure the nail art turned out pretty. This was my first time going to Alena nail and spa- I am a happy first time customer! The pedicure was nice as well- I didn’t get that ladies name. Hun did my gel manicure with nail art- she did a wonderful job!! I love my holidays nails! She said she just graduated from high school recently. She’s talented and took her time making sure the nail art turned out pretty. This was my first time going to Alena nail and spa- I am a happy first time customer! The pedicure was nice as well- I didn’t get that ladies name. Everyone was professional, polite, and it felt clean.

I loved coming here so much and I’ll definitely be coming back. This is the best nail salon ever. The employees were so nice and gentle with your hand. They made my cuticles perfect and massaged my hands with oil afterwards. I had a wonderful experience and I’ve never seen another salon that does as well a job as this one did. I got sage green acrylic and it was only $45, much much cheaper than any other place. Highly recommend coming here!

The reviews are true – this place is awesome! Clean, organized and timely! I made an appointment over the phone as soon as they opened, after which I received a text with my appointment time. Upon arrival I checked in using their digital system and was seated for my pedicure right away. They had several other customers there but they somehow worked through everyone very efficiently. I was able to get an amazing pedicure and gel fill in about an hour and a half! I don’t live here (just visiting family) but I will be returning every time I’m in town!

They did a great job & took their time with the shape & painting of my nails. Clean space & they accept walk in’s. Probably won’t be returning, as a simple acrylic set with no designs was $55 when their price listed on their board inside is $35+. There’s no way that “plus” should equal out to 55 with the basic set I got. $20 extra? Doesn’t sound right to me. Way overpriced. Unless you don’t mind paying extra for length and shape of nail, don’t go here LOL. They charge you extra for both. Most likely won’t be returning unless it’s last resort.

My sister and I had gone here a year ago, had a great experience. Our nails and designs came out great. We went back to get acrylics. The whole staff is different, quality went way down and the price went up. Super rough and impatient with our younger sister. They made us get gel and didn’t let us pick our colors. I asked for coffin nails, they had confirmed coffin twice, cut coffin then changed the whole shape. They told us two different prices at the end. We walked out and there is nail polish and glue all over our fingers. The kid manicures are dented, chipped, and started peeling on the way home after drying completely. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Horrible experience. My daughter and two of her friends had an appointment for 6:30 to get a set of acrylics (she was having a set removed and a new one put on). She was taken back first and placed at a nail station. She sat there waiting while her friends were taken back to be worked on, as well as other clients waiting in the salon. After 10 minutes of sitting there, while other clients had a nail tech tending to them, I asked if someone was coming back for her, as if she were forgotten about, which she was. Finally, someone came and started working to remove the set she had in place. I went to my car while the girls were being worked on. After awhile, I could see my daughter’s two friends finish up and head to the register so I went back in to check out. My daughter was still having her nails taken off. She was left to soak in acetone for 45 minutes while her nail tech worked on two other clients. She was bounced between all three men working that night. I went over to ask what had happened and why my daughter was neglected and was given excuse after excuse. After my daughter’s nails had finally been removed, her nail tech looked at us and said ok all set without having put the new set on. I feel like my daughter was mistreated and neglected for the sake of rushing other clients through, despite having an appointment. No one would take accountability. I would never return to this salon or recommend it to any family, friend or acquaintance.

I was not happy with my nails. I chose to get the dip and they are so thick and not the color I asked for at all. They are filed awful I am in a wedding this weekend and can only hope they look ok in pictures. And the gentleman who did my nails was more worried about betting on football than doing my nails. I will not be back. If I had time I would go back and get them fixed. I did my nails which I only get done on special occasions and would not choose to go bak.
