Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went in to do a big chop on my hair and was honestly nervous because I was going to someone I had never been to before (Caitlin). She was so warm and welcoming and I felt comfortable right away. She was careful to make sure she understood exactly what I wanted, and talked me through the whole process. My hair came out amazing! I went in to do a big chop on my hair and was honestly nervous because I was going to someone I had never been to before (Caitlin). She was so warm and welcoming and I felt comfortable right away. I enjoy visisting the esthetician too and taking care of two appointments in one day. In the waiting area they have water, tea and fresh coffee. This is my first time here at Alejandro Salon and it’s been the best experience ever! It looks so fancy like in movies (Yes I’ve never seen that around here before ._.) And everyone is so nice. The lady who did my hair, Alexandra, did an amazing job, was really helpful with what I needed and was funny. Both she and I were laughing the whole time. This is only the 2nd place I’ve been to that I’ve been extremely satisfied with their work (I can be particular with my hair /. ) Love them ^-^
