I have been here several times over the past few years and have had nothing but good experiences. Sometimes they are overbooked, but I feel they are worth the wait! Always polite. They do a good job. They are a little bit pricey – the cost for a regular manicure has increased since the last time I visited (1yr ago). They do a warm towel wrap and a mini shoulder massage while they wait for your nails to dry, so I am more than willing to pay the extra cost!

This was my first time here and honestly the experience was like no other. I got to Alderwood Nails around 6:30 when they close at 7:30. I just wanted to get a pedicure and a wax, but they talked me into getting a full set, pedicure, and wax. Amy was very kind and stayed past close to make sure she took her time on my nails. They look absolutely beautiful, this will be my new spot for now on!

Quick service. I got a gel manicure that came complete with a mini massage it was really relaxing. Large selection of gel colors, and quiet environment. * update* my manicure lasted about 4 days before chipping off. maybe the quick service was not a good thing.

I would give a 10 star review if It was an option! These ladies took care of this Mama and her 3 girls (3, 4, and 7). They made us all feel like we are a part of the family. They were so sweet and patient with my little ones and made my oldest feel like a princess. Not only that, they were so busy but were so attentive to all of us. I highly recommend this place especially if you have small children. We love Alderwood Nails and it will be our new nail spot from here on out

I came in and showed them a picture of pink ombre acrylic nails and the lady started on my nails and halfway thru asks me if i can pay cash right now telling me it would be $30. I didnt see an issue with that at first so i got the money from my boyfriend and gave it to her she gets change and theres only 5$ in her hand instead of $10 when she comes back to me to finish the nails which i thought whatever then without even asking me she quickly put the other $5 in her drawer and says thanks. I dont have an issue with tipping but she basically schemed me out of my own money. Who does that? Also she rushed my nails the whole time my nails are still sore ive only had them for only 1 damn week and they are literally falling apart already. I payed $40 for a nail color i didnt want, and they arent even at least good quality nails that last. Wouldnt reccomend its a waste of your money.m

It’s so bad I wanna give it a zero, but thats not possible, so I give you.. a one. on a real note the tech who did my nails knew I had tips on previously and took them off on only one hand so I’d have to pay to get them to be the same length, didn’t even put them on properly, was borderline cutting my fingers when trying to make the tips shorter, didn’t give me the shape I asked for and then made them all crooked and completely different lengths and shapes
