Highly recommend if you do any kind of strength training. Cheyenne is very knowledgeable of how the body works when it comes to lifting so she’ll get all the knots you have and the ones you didn’t know you had. I’ve been to my fair share of places and most places say “deep tissue” massage but this is one of the only ones I’d truly consider a deep tissue massage. You’ll leave feeling better than you came.
