In my life I’ve put my body through sports, weight lifting, military service, jiu-jitsu, and fire fighting so you can get an idea of how banged up and stiff my body is. I’m a pretty solid man at 210-215 pounds on a regular basis as well. Rebecca was punctual and the work space was very clean, organized, and relaxing. We started with laying out exactly what I needed and she explained exactly what she would be doing and why. I have a big muscular body so I require alot of deep strong pressure and Rebecca was absolutely up for the task. She tailored the massage perfectly to my body type and covered every part of my body from my jaw all the way down to my feet. Rebecca has the strongest set of hands and the best back walking technique I’ve ever experienced from a licensed massage therapist. My session was intense with an intended purpose and not a hour of complete pain that left my body in shambles. When the session was over I felt limber and lighter as if my body shed a few pounds. I had some serious knots in my neck and some back issues coming into the session but now I’ve been relieved of those issues. Rebecca possesses the intellect, skills, and professionalism to service any issues you may have and you will walkout better than you came in. Rebecca definitely provides a very detailed professional service that you won’t receive at your average massage facility. Rebecca was very informative about the process and communicated throughout the massage in areas she felt tension in my body that I wasn’t even fully aware of. Now I am aware of when I keep my shoulders shrugged and remember to loosen up and relax throughout the day.
