Laura is amazing! I moved from Colorado and tying to find a hair stylist in a new state can be difficult. I went blonde a few years ago so I definitely needed someone with experience. I found her website online while searching for a hair stylist out here in chandler and booked an appointment. She is easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, listens to what you want, provides recommendations, uses great products, and does a phenomenal job! I love my hair each time I leave her studio! I highly recommend!

My first appointment with Laura was in April 2017. I had decided to cut off my long hair and make a change to the color. I took in several pictures of different hair styles I liked but knew that any of those styles might not be the best for my hair texture, etc. Laura and I discussed the different haircuts, what I was looking for as far as time I wanted to spend doing my hair myself. She made a recommendation, tweaked it a bit to accommodate the wave I have in the back and the cut turned out perfect. Her instructions for styling my hair myself worked just as she said. The new color was wonderful – I’ve been told it sets off the color of my eyes and color of the frame of my glasses. Now fast forward to my trim and color touch up in June. I kept the same hair style because it works really well for me and will be perfect for summer. I was truly amazed at how the Devines hair color had not faded compared to colors used by other salons I’ve been to that use Redken or Paul Mitchell products. Will I be seeing Laura again? Well, I have 2 more appointments scheduled!

It took four other beauticians, four other salons, countless bad haircuts from beauticians who said they knew how to razor cut my pixie! When I met Laura I was so very close to shaving my entire head or looking into a wig, THAT IS how frustrated I was. I dreaded getting my hair cut or colored. No one could give me the right coloring or anywhere near a razor cut textured pixie, even when I brought in a picture. It took two plus years to find someone that could tell me the truth and deliver on it.But Laura is extremely talented, with an artist’s eye and excellent skills and knowledge. She not only knows the ” how to” but also the wisdom to apply those skills! I’m happy, my hair looks great, I get compliments and I’m finally getting a razor cut like I did back home! It took four other beauticians, four other salons, countless bad haircuts from beauticians who said they knew how to razor cut my pixie!
