I love the experiences I have had at the ALC Medspa. Eileen and her staff are well trained, very competent and extremely friendly! They have helped me achieve a “fresher” look and at the age of 59, I needed that! I just wish I would have found this place sooner! The facials are amazing (Alexa has a magic touch)! I received a nice consultation from Angela followed by a very relaxing facial. We still have a lot of work to do on my face. I did walk off with some scars on my face due to the extractions, but they are healing OK so far. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with Angela to get me face back to where it used to be. Had laser hair removal on my underarms there. Have never had a bad experience for any of my appointments. All the technicians and front desk people are nice and professional. The treatment process is super easy and everything is pretty hassle free. The price for a package might seem kind of expensive but I think on the whole it’s a really good deal because (1) you can get a discount for buying a whole package (2) it’s a life time guarantee because you get like 2 years of treatments, 1 free touch up a year after that, and a good price on any additional treatments and (3) I would rather pay more for a good experience at a reputable place like this than get it done on the cheap at one of those chains with a ton of radio ads. I actually moved one year into my package, but my parents still live in the area so I get treatments when I visit them. If I still lived here I would totally get my legs done with them as well since my experience has been 🙂 🙂 🙂

I was very pleased with the service I received from Angela today. I got a microderm facial. She went above and beyond my expectations. Before she began she explained in detail what she was going to do and asked my permission to massage areas of my body. She was extremely professional, very calm and focused on me and my experience. She told me about my face, asked me what I am doing and recommended sound changes that made sense to me. I look forward to more treatments with her.

This was my first experience using Advanced Laser Clinic and Med Spa for Botox and Injectable fillers. I had been going to the same place for years prior to trying this clinic. I couldn’t have been more pleased with Eileen and the staff! Eileen is wonderful, patient, and incredibly skilled at what she does. I was very nervous and she was so patient and understanding. She also happens to be less painful than the last place I went to. All the work I had done looks amazing! I will not go to anyone but Eileen from this point forward. I have a facial scheduled on Tuesday and I am sure that will be excellent as well!
