Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI am so thankful to have been referred to this salon. Jeanne is the most knowledgeable colorist and provided me with the most thorough consultation Ive had ever with a stylist. She spent at least 20 minutes discussing the options best suited for my hair ,skin tones and ability to maintain. I am so thankful for that usually I am oversold with services and cant afford the long term paint. after I’m talked into a look I think I want. I left with a fresh cut and super sassy yet classy haircolor I can maintain on my slim budget. My last visit to my previous salon left me 200$ in the hole so having an amazing style and photo worthy color I cannot say thank you enough . the salon was super clean they even have UV air sterilizers for covid protection as well as mask. I felt welcome and not intimidated by a salon full of divas so that as well was a plus . Just an overall well tuned and well run salon with an experience I am pleased with beyond words.I am so thankful to have been referred to this salon. She spent at least 20 minutes discussing the options best suited for my hair ,skin tones and ability to maintain. This is the best salon is all I can say. I have very ,very ,thick wavy hair and it is areal force to be reckoned with. Jeanne always makes it gorgeous and frizz free. I love the precision in color placement and the dimension she creates when doing my hair. My color is never flat looking it always has pop. I wear it long with soft layers that I can blow smooth or leave wavy and beachey looking and the style she created is on the mark. I always get stopped and ask who does my hair because it is to die for . I love my hair!

My hair looks, feels, and SMELLS great!!!!! Tracy gave me a shampoo and deep conditioning treatment (and might I add the most relaxing head massage) followed by a trim, blow dry, and styled with big beach curls. My hair has never looked or smelled so good! Everyone was so welcoming and kind, it was very refreshing! The salon has this great natural lighting that creates this very relaxing ambiance. I’m excited to go back! Highly recommended!

Great salon! Alyson is fantastic! I bleached my hair with an at home kit, and completely fried my long beautiful hair. I called and scheduled an appointment with Alyson, she got me in right away! I was so upset that i burnt my length off because I was so used to having long hair. But, she assured me everything would be ok and gave me the most beautiful cut and style after providing me with a deep conditioning treatment. I just recently went back for a color and style, and LOVE it! The rest of the stylists are extremely kind too. The salon is very clean and classy, best salon experience hands down!

You can not go wrong with this Salon. Kat Green Oxley is one of the best and the whole team is friendly. The shop is very inviting. Kat left the Salon and I was moved over to Chuck as my stylist at her recommendation. It was another great recommendation and I would not change hair salons for the life of me. I have seen some negative posts and I can tell you they are 100% wrong. The Salon is inviting and relaxing, we laugh, we joke, and have fun. If you don’t want a down to earth salon, this is not the place for you. In the world we live in today, having fun needs to be part of a day at the spa, and being yourself (even if that means dropping the F bomb here and there so bet it). My rating is still a 5.

I searched extensively before choosing Albert Pauls when I moved to the area and I’m so glad I did. I didn’t want to go to a salon where they only specialize in “funky” stuff but being 28 I also didn’t want to go somewhere where they will make me look like every other mom. I was worried I would have to try a few stylists before I settled on one when I moved to the area , I’m extremely picky about my hair. Thankfully I found Jeannie! Her specialty is color but she is great at cut too. Super friendly… they are professional without the snobbiness. She is always honest in recommending products, I never feel like she’s just trying to push me to buy things. The only negative thing I can think of is the salon decor itself is not like some high end salons. Not that it’s bad… it’s just pretty simple decor and you wouldn’t guess from first walking in how great of a place it is. But I much rather go here and get amazing service from someone who is actually talented then pay to go to a fancy salon that “looks” fancy but walk out with bad hair. I not only have used Jeannie but have brought both my son and my brother in for haircuts from other stylists and they did a great job too. Everyone on her team is truly great. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased an Albert Paul’s gift certificate as a present for my office manager, who ended up having a Brazilian keratin treatment. The owner and stylist, Jeanne, worked her magic and the results were nothing short of amazing! Folk around the office can’t stop talking about her hair! Beautiful facilities, knowledgeable staff, super results. Highly recommended!
