Critical: Professionalism, ValueI’d give it ZERO stars because that’s what you give to a business when you schedule one of their 5 minute overpriced haircuts, drive 45 minutes to get there and the hairdresser simply is NOT present.It wasn’t a misunderstanding. A friend of mine had the same happen to her not long ago, this is a pattern. It displays disrespect and unprofessionalism.I like his haircut, maybe because my wavy hair doesn’t expose defects but it isn’t worth it dealing with the arrogant person holding the scissors. I always felt treated second best for declining extras offered to me since anything done there can be really expensive, while he’d be all smiles to ladies who had a lot things done the same day.There are real professional and fair priced salons and I’ll find another one to do business with.
