I have been going to Alba’s Beauty Salon for about 2 years. I absolutely LOVE it! Cindy is my hair dresser. She always does an amazing job on my hair. Great service and prices. I always like to schedule my appointments ahead of time since they can get busy. Hairstyling

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went into the hair salon and it took like 10 minutes for the lady to even come out. She asked me what I wanted to get done so then I told her my eyebrows. She said alright and just kept doing this ladies hair. it took her more than 15 minutes for her to get to me. which I didn’t even get them done because there was just one lady doing hair and the other lady was just doing nothing. The floor had hairs where they weren’t even cutting hair. Their was a kid flickering the lights when the lady was cutting someones hair. This was my first time there and I did not like the service. I take my two boys, ages 9 and 14, here regularly. Today was not a great day as the usual lady who cuts their hair was not there. The one who was was very distracted with either her phone or two young children, which added significant time to their haircuts. I don’t have any issue with her having her kids there – I don’t know her Story, but the phone is an issue for me.. Normally, we are in and out in 45 minutes for both. Today, it was more like double. Even had another customer walk out because it was taking so long.

Horrible customer service. went in there she told me 30 minutes when she finished the guy and stated doing another client then another one took so long my phone died I understand if they had appointments but she ain’t have to lie and just waste my time Hairstyling
