I just walked out of the salon and I had a great experience. My nail stylist did exactly what I asked based off of the picture I showed her. They were all very sweet and made sure I liked everything they were doing. Double checked with everything asking if it was ok and if I was sure. Will definitely be back! I’ve been to Albany Nail Spa several times because I live close by, and lately they’ve been killing it. Today my manicurist took time with me to sample base colors because I was unsure, was so patient with my design, was clean and quick but didn’t rush me at all even as they started to get busy. I’ll always support a local business when possible and for a quick, reliable nail trip Albany has my business.

Nails look okay… but extra $5 for long nails, $5 coffin, $10 white tip, extra for gel… etc…. so nails and pedicure cost $135 for white tip with clear gel and rhinestones on the nail…. I will not go back… and then charge my daughter for long nails that were not long. literally nickel and dime you. Plus took like 3 hours and they were not even busy…. Will not go back

i hate to do this because i love all of the workers here. i love the environment and how friendly they are. but come on yall 100+ dollars for a childs pedicure and some coffin nails. seems a bit extra if you ask me. i will be finding a new nail salon where i dont spend half a paycheck just to feel good again.
