They really take the time to talk to you about lifestyle and health and gave me some recommendations for tools so I can help myself heal. Definitely felt more like a physical therapy appointment (in a good way, John directly addressed my body’s issues and even showed me some stretches I can do on my own).

I absolutely love this place. I adore John, I’ve been going to him for about 4 years on and off now. I went to him before I got in my accident, which resulted in me getting a traumatic brain injury, and I recently returned to his care. I definitely recommend going to him although I’m sure the other therapists there, are just as good.

The first time I scheduled an appointment I did the Deep Tissue Massage with Michael. He already knew my needs from the many Chair Massages I had by him at work. What a gift!!! I had a 90 min prenatal massage with Michael and it was just so wonderful. He gives great pressure and communicates every step of the way to make sure mom and baby are comfortable. I could feel his deep knowledge of shitstau and comfort with great adjustments for prenatal massage in his technique.
