Prepare to be there for a LONG time (schedule your appointment WAY WAY earlier than the time you need to be ready). I had an appointment for hair and makeup and some how people WALKING in after me were being worked on first. Anyways besides that, the makeup was nice but nothing really wowing. And the hair was great. I showed both the ladies working on me pictures (from the salon’s instagram) of how I want my hair and makeup. They kind of listened but kind of did their own thing. It all turned out nice at the end but Im taking one star off because they didn’t prioritize me over walk ins that came AFTER me. I was there the longest out of the whole salon and still was waiting for people to be finished. The other star im taking off is because they didn’t give me what I wanted. The eye look was different colors from the picture that I showed and the hair was wavy when I showed a picture of full curls. Also I messaged them on instagram prior to the appointment, of the exact posts (pictures) that I showed them in person, asking how much it would be; and got a reply days later of 100$ each. That was a great price in my opinion but the lady charged me 250$ even though I didn’t use any extensions or anything extra for my hair or makeup!

I did a total make over based on a picture I showed Albana. She was honest and thorough with all the steps she was going to do to my hair. She explained everything and made me feel at ease. The assistants did a wonderdul job washing my hair, blowing my hair and asking if I needed anything from the store because I was there for 3 hours. Albana is extremely talented and her assistants are so efficient. This was my first time here. I did a total make over based on a picture I showed Albana. She was honest and thorough with all the steps she was going to do to my hair. She explained everything and made me feel at ease. Albana and the ladies did such an amazing job! I am a mommy of 3 and, just recently gave birth. It has been so tough. I wanted to do something new to my hair because I felted so down lately and, needed “me time”. From the moment I walked in the salon door I felt so welcomed. It was my first time ever coloring my hair and I was so nervous, I wanted it to be professionally done and, not to damage my hair. I searched all over the Bronx and couldn’t find a salon that I liked. Albana balayage technique was amazing! she answered all my questions and, told me what’s best for my hair. The staff checked up on me throughout the whole entire time to make sure I was always good. I Was even offered drinks. I love my hair so much and, definitely going back to them!!!!! Thank you Albana, I left the salon feeling so beautiful.
