Owner at the end of the day made my son unhappy with his haircut. He cried. Her response “you’ve been here an hour I dont have time to make you happy, I have to get home to my kids” (I was there 20 mins). I said your the owner? That’s how you treat people? I said I guess I’ll do a Google review. She said do it right now. Ok done.
