I got my eyebrows threaded from Sam and she did SUCH a good job. She was gentle and it hurt less than any other threading i’ve ever had. She was thorough yet worked quick. Went to get My lashes done with my little girl I was worried coz my daughter gets bored so fast, but they entertained, draw with her and play with her while I was getting My lashes done, My daughter was very happy, she even told me that they’re nice. They’re very accomodating and kids friendly.The lashes was on point and she made sure that it’s perfect. I’m definately going back.

I have been going to Alayna for over three years. All the technicians are thoughtful and their work is excellent. Consistently however they are not operating during their posted hours. I’ve gone over a dozen times to have them closed when they should be open or most recently they are open with only their “manager” who doesn’t do any services present. I wrote a review expressing this and asking for them to do better and this “manager” offered me my replacement services only to change her mind then call me a bully. She also

Sad to write this review as they were very kind people, however after receiving a Brazilian wax, I am left raw, bruised and still trying to remove the left over wax that covers most of my bikini area. Not to mention there is still quite a bit of hair. I noticed it during the session, but she’d gone over the same spot so many times I was already so sore and I wanted it to be done. Would not recommend body waxing from this place.
