Positive: Professionalism, QualityI have been a customer for years and I promise I won’t let another soul touch my head. I have NEVER had a problem with my hair and it has always been super easy to book an appointment. I always try and book early because she does fill up super quick. I absolutely love her hair it’s super good quality and does not tangle or shed. I recommend her for color as I have loved every wig she has colored for me. I have been a customer for years and I promise I won’t let another soul touch my head. I have NEVER had a problem with my hair and it has always been super easy to book an appointment. I always try and book early because she does fill up super quick. I absolutely love her hair it’s super good quality and does not tangle or shed. I recommend her for color as I have loved every wig she has colored for me. I definitely recommend her for any service she offers!!!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityIf I could give 0 stars I would. I initially booked for a wig install but settled for a wig customization which required dropping the wig off to the stylist 3 days prior to the pick-up date. First, good luck trying to get in contact with the stylist. Second, my appointment was rescheduled and it was booked a month out. Stylist stated she would be out of town. Those dates should have been blocked off and I would’ve went elsewhere. Third, it took me over an hour to find the location. Why? The location on the site as well as Google Maps had not been updated. When I arrived, she didn’t even apologize. She said, “Yeah, I haven’t been able to update it yet because the old address is embedded on the website.” Huh? Lastly, when I picked up my wig, she stated she couldn’t bleach the knots. Why am I finding this out the day of? She then handed me my wig however, I dropped it off in a satin bag which she had to dig out the trash can. I also had a wig cap in the bag and she also threw it away and stated she didn’t see a cap. If I could give 0 stars I would. I initially booked for a wig install but settled for a wig customization which required dropping the wig off to the stylist 3 days prior to the pick-up date. I was told to meet at the stylist’s apartment TWO times today (2 hours total of my time between driving and waiting on the street outside plus having to find someone to watch my 2 toddlers during one of the trips ) only to get there and her not answer her phone or text messages.
