Great place to get your lashes done IF you can get them to see you. Constant appointment cancellations by Kirsten with very short notices and no attempts (save once by Sarah) to reschedule. As someone who is out of town a lot, it is imperative for me to make an appointment and know I can count on them since I could very well be getting on a plane the next day.

I’ve been loyaly spending money and getting lashes done here since August. Despite the ton of money I’ve dropped on this business, they were unable to be flexible with me when I asked to reschedule when I was called into work and instead charged me a rediculous cancellation fee. Not worth it, as a working woman. For a business run by a woman, I thought her business model would be friendlier for the working woman. Apparently I was wrong.
