Critical: ProfessionalismArrived promptly for my appointment. Staff said they were closed due to COVID. They said they had contacted everyone with an appointment. No because I continued to get text to confirm my appointment. Then she said they did not have correct contact info. Well you had my phone number and email address. I went to work at 6am in order to get to my scheduled appointment. Yes I’m angry and definitely want reschedule. I work in healthcare and my time is very valuable as well.
