I have been getting my hair braided by the owner for years, and it is always a great experience with beautiful results. My braids are always neat and on point, and Polo is a true treasure. The salon is tidy and in a great location…there is also a great Mexican food spot next door that you must stop by and order from before or after you get your hair beautifully laid. Long story short I love this salon, and i’m grateful to have a hair stylist I can trust.

I’m usually in and out within 4 hours max for my box braids (always waist length). I can tell you right now you aren’t going to find that anywhere else. Oh and not to mention most styles hair is included in your price, so you don’t have to run around finding hair before your service. Epolle has been braiding my hair for the last 5 years. Her and her team are extremely professional and are amazing at what they do. I’m usually in and out within 4 hours max for my box braids (always waist length). I can tell you right now you aren’t going to find that anywhere else. They are so unprofessional and the fact she took the time to reply to a comment to say I embellished a story when I have text messages to prove everything that took place . And problematic? Let’s not add on to the fact I referred a family member to this shop and she had to remove her braids after 2 weeks or how my close friend has stopped coming to you also due to your lack of professionalism and quality. They are so unprofessional and the fact she took the time to reply to a comment to say I embellished a story when I have text messages to prove everything that took place . And problematic? So I’m assuming everyone who is on here complaining about your lack of professionalism and quality of work is problematic? That’s very amusing. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had never had an issue with this shop before but last two times were problems ! Stylist claimed she could not grip my edges and I had to have owner do them . I decided to still come back because i had never had an issue before . Well the last time I went I asked for A special blend. I expected what was posted on website . Long story short I didn’t get it and they do not let you see your hair before you leave the shop which is partially my fault because I should look but being that I’m paying you close to 300$ I feel I shouldn’t have to baby sit you . Well When I got to the car I was not pleased with my hair and I texted right away . I didn’t receive a complete response until 5 hours later after I had to keep sending msgs explaining I needed my hair fixed before my trip . I didn’t ask for money , for it to be Redone or anything . I simply asked for maybe 10-20 braids be redone and add more darker color to duplicate the model on website . I was told to come the next morning . When I arrived at shop I also showed stylist how my hair was not tucked , you could see all my black hair in the back portion of my braids . The owner even told stylist to tuck my hair . Instead of making her take down incorrect braids they half did my hair and she was aware . Stylist said she could only add color to the first line of my braids . I then asked to speak to owner . They talked and stylist still said she could not touch the back portion of my hair where my real hair wasn’t tucked . That was crazy to me because I literally only wanted as I said 10-20 braids fixed and it could even be the incorrect ones in the back . Instead she insisted she couldn’t touch those because the braider who did the back wasn’t there and continued to only fix 6 braid on one side of my hair . I then wanted a refund because I was not going to waste another day coming to the shop . The owner argued with me then when she realized the braider did not do as instructed she decided to apologize and offer to refund half of money . Well now we are 5 days later and the braids in the back portion of my hair is slipping out . So I paid money to keep this style for a week . Her hands are sent from the lord above. Prices are very reasonable and my hair always last a long time. I’ve had everything from a sew in to box braids and their work is absolutely amazing
