Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThyrda was my hairdresser… I Was scheduled for a 1pm appointment for relaxers did not even get in a chair until almost 4pm and I was the NEXT appointment. She was working on 1 person for that long!!! Not to mention she was trying to jump back and fourth between me and another person during the whole application process. Took too long applicating so by the time she was done applicating it was time to rinse it out. I feel I did not got a sufficient relaxer in my hair do to just messing up the process alone. To mention I spent 7 hours at this business to get just a relaxer done in my hair and it straitened. While I was there she had 4 other customers waiting for a simple hair cut for 3+hours and they ended up just walking out and the lady just said “GOOD!” She clearly has no care for her customers or their time. She over priced me by $80!!!! What I was told would be a $80 relaxer job I was priced for $160 ! Had to make up for the other customers walking out, somehow right!?? Not to mention the floors and sinks in this establishment were DIRTY!!! A good way to keep it during a pandemic right? She was also suppose to cut my sisters hair and never did and charged her $55 for it.

Couldn’t imagine a better job done. It’s why I been coming since they opened. Only way I’ll stop coming is if I move far away some day.
