Went in expecting to pay around $40-$50.. get to checkout and paid $85. I asked what package I got because this felt like a rip off considering he didn’t even cut my nails down before applying tips. The woman was very rude about it and none of her explanation lined up with their pricing sheet “that is on a piece of poster board from Walmart). Be careful here…

Mannnnn, this was my second time coming here to get my eyebrows waxed. I wish I had gotten the first lady’s name that did it the first time. She was kind and asked me how my day was going and everything. Overall, I paid $15 for my eyebrows to be arched. The original price is $13. I didn’t say anything. The second time the lady only “cleaned” up my brows!!! I can clean up my own brows at HOME! I come to the shop to have my brows ARCHED! Y’all this lady said I have to charge you an extra $5 to ARCH them!! The rip off and she still did them wrong. All any customer asks is that you take your time!! We pay good money to get good results. Just take your time,please! Definitely going back to my original shop. Atleast ARCHING the brows is included in the price!!

Towels way too hot, blistered all 10 toes! Fungus is all toenails and fingernails, had to go to the doctor and get prescription and was told could be 6 months to a year for my nails to be clear! $95 wasted! Will never return to this business and neither will my friends and family!! I sent pictures and was told what to put on the blisters, no apology what so ever!

The service was great but the quality is terrible. I just moved to the area and the reviews were amazing so I went to try it out and three days later my polish is already chipping. I used my own nail polish for my pedicure so there was no problem with that. But the Gel manicure is terrible! I got gel to prevent chipping and it’s already started chipping in three days. I don’t do hard labor or anything with water so there is no reason my Gel manicure should be chipping in three days. Highly disappointed, I paid and tipped well!

They are the greatest in my book. I showed up with 6 girls from a mental health assisted living facility and they didn’t hesitate. We had just left another nail place that had lights on, doors unlocked, and all but we were told they were closed. That was the place we always took the girls until now. AL Nails has a friendly, loving, and welcoming atmosphere which makes my job a whole lot easier than the not so friendly, feels like we are bothering them feel of the other place (the one by Walmart). If my girls feel stressed or like they aren’t welcome it can cause behaviors that will ruin anybody’s day but especially mine. So y’all keep up the good work and making my girls feel like they are somebody special when we come in because they love it. It makes their day to feel the love you show them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you have a special place in my heart now and we will definitely be coming back as often as possible.
