I went here because it was Thanksgiving and no other massage places were open. I would not go back. Stayed cold the whole time just cover me with the towel. She massaged me for half of the appointment with the hard towel. After she was done she wanted to recommend the tip and wanted me to pay her more than I felt I should. You get a great tip because you do a great job not just because you did your basic job. I would not go back find a better place. I get many massages over the years and I’ve never had someone massage me with the towel. Just a rough towel against my skin. Don’t go here go somewhere else not worth it. Felt like she didn’t have any actual masseuse skills I could do that massage. Every other masseuse I’ve went to has had better skills than the girl that I had so if you want a real massage try somewhere else.

It has been a few weeks since I’ve been here. I received several massages over the years at this place. Over the past 2 years, the same ladies have been here and have become very aggressive. They don’t listen to pressure request, walk on your back, and worst of all, demand payment and a 40 dollar tip up front! Twice they showed me a price menu with the required 40 dollar tip written in. Twice I walked in and they said if I was unwilling to tip 40, go right back out the door. When i gave a 10 dollar tip for a short changed massage, i was called cheap! Then they changed the ladies and they started giving 20 min massages before asking for more money. When I asked for a refund, I had both ladies begging me to stay, but not speaking clear English. It has become a horrible place. It is a scam now. Used to be awesome, especially when Mary was there!

Loved this place, they do awesome massages but went yesterday and they told me prices went up but still listed at $65. Then when we were leaving they said our tip was not enough and demanded atleast $20 tip for each person. Very disappointed, I didn’t think a tip could be demanded…..

I have been here several times. Saturday was an unpleasant experience. The therapist demanded payment up front and asked for a 30 percent tip. I was already in the room, when she brought in the credit card charge.

I had to pay upfront plus a tip. Then afterwards she wanted more of a tip and begged for it. I didn’t tip her any extra, so she told me to not come back if I cannot tip her more money.

Where should I begin, from the walk in they demanded that I pay upfront and demanded TIP? I told her none speaking English self I will pay tip based on the service I receive. Then she pulled the phone to translate I felt like I was in 30 day fiancee show . It gets worse I asked for the 60min for $65 she said sorry only 30min for $45 now if that’s not a scam I don’t know what it is. Then another client walks in for his 60min appointment the other lady says to him sorry only 30min for $45 and asked him to pay upfront and tip he looked at me with a confused face I told him this is very bad from the start. So I told her I don’t want this service cancel my transaction and she said I don’t know how so I told her we live in a country of law dont make me call the cops and find out the hard way, then she proceeded to beg me to let her do the service I told her I dont want it anymore I’ll deal with my pain just refund me please so I can leave. Then the other lady steps in and starts to beg and says I’ll do it please please please I felt bad so I got the service for 20min and she said you’re done. So I’m warning everyone this place is a dirty business and a SCAM.

I may feel like I’ve been beaten up, but it’s in a good way. This was a serious massage and I was worked over like I’ve owed them money for years. But in all seriousness, if you have years of knots built up, they’re going to find them, and they are going to take care of them. I look forward to scheduling another appointment soon, I’m just waiting until I can get out of bed.

Best massage I’ve ever had. The therapist was great! Her pressure was just right. You could tell that she has experience. I was able to get a same day appointment with no wait at all. I’ve never felt better after a massage. Definitely will be returning.

Great place, was worried about it being lacking. Sometimes you feel it is hit or miss at a Chinese massage place. However, this one was great,they actually walked on my back and it was great. The hot stones and calming music made it relaxing. It was a massage for my body,mind and soul. I recommend this place, it’s legit and you get your worth.

Family should not be allowed to give accolades just to get more positive reviews!!!! After a couple of years of massages here that use to be a great experience. I’m done! I won’t go back. The girls hair is sodirty and unkept. Skin is visibly oily so hygiene is not a priority. Especially with Covid. Repeatedly, they have used the language barrier to massage longer without discussing. Then the girls demand higher price and this higher tip. Mary, the owner is aware of all of this so she condones this behavior…more money for her and hubby. Little scam artists who play dumb that can’t understand you. They need one clear English speaking employee. They do talk to each other in their native language while each is with the client which is about as unprofessional as you get. Another clue that they are not trained as they claim, is a seasoned massage therapist NEVER takes their hand off the body. They even stop your massage to answer incoming calls! Mary, the owner is a liar. She tells me a girl is certified in Ashiatsu, where the therapist uses the ceiling bars and feet ONLY to perform a number of techniques. This gal knew nothing…slid all over my body and lost her balance! Unsafe for both of us. I started getting concerned about the number of men coming and going late at night while I waited. Anyone else experience this? Another thing…make an appointment but don’t be surprised if they “fit in” an extra client rushing your massage. After much research, I found awesome massage therapists inside Lansing Mall near the T Mobile store entrance. It’s called Coco Massage. Fair prices, clean, totally client centered, incredible hours in to the night, and no begging for tips. Show them where and what you like and they are happy to oblige. They are so appreciative, I have no problem leaving a $20 tip for an hour. They have never disappointed! It’s walk in or by appointment which I usually make.
