I love the friendly, welcoming vibe at AKIN. They offer such a wide variety of services and products. I always enjoy seeing the new monthly deals so I can try everything! There is a bit of a turn over with staff—so I seem to have a different aesthetician each time. I’d feel more comfortable with someone who I’ve seen multiple times and knows me and my history. That being said- Hannah is my favorite! She is great at returning my calls/texts and working with my schedule. Honestly, she is always happy to help me. Hannah epitomizes “service with a smile”.

I received Dysport at Akin from Shelby in Feb. 2022. My results were extremely poor. First, she insisted on injecting me with more units than I was comfortable with (I asked for 25, which is what I was accustomed to from my previous injector, who was always careful to not over-inject his patients. She insisted she could do no less than 40. I told her that number felt far too high to me, and we compromised at 30 units, which is more than I wanted.)

I knew I’d be a long time customer when the owner offered to watch my baby during my spray tan on my first visit I’ve done injections, permanent makeup, facials and other treatments and I am always happy with the results. Everyone at Akin is so nice and welcoming. I’ve gotten Botox from them twice, once was my first time and they answered all my first timer questions. I’ve also gotten some of the best facials I’ve ever had here. And their products up front have actually changed my skin! It’s a perfect relaxed environment, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the procedures are top notch! Highly recommend.
