I found a this place via Google. I went onto their website and called them to verify pricing, their address and if they take card or are cash only. I don’t use cash often so I brought enough for the massage and tip based on what they told me. The website says $60 for 90 minutes and they said that was the correct price on the phone. When I got there the listed prices were $5 higher (at $65). The lady doing the massage verbally said it was going to be $10 more than what the website said, (despite the numbers listed on the desk). She told me $70. I told her what the website said and said I called, she just smiled and took my money. (Which was originally supposed to be $60 for the service and a $10 tip.) She did an outstanding job and I feel so much better physically. She asked for a tip at the end. I told her that was all the money I had with me and I was told a cheaper price on the phone (again). I had expected that money to cover cost and tip. She got very angry at me. I felt very bad and asked her to write her name on the business card so I could come back with more money. She replied very rudely saying, “Goodbye!” And she walked away. I get it, I know it’s hard in that industry due to Covid and they are trying to make a living. I consider myself a thoughtful and respectful person which is why I called ahead so that I was ready with the right amount of money. Despite it being one of the best massages of my life, I don’t see myself going back. The constant changes on the price within a 30 minute time frame and making me feel bad for bringing the exact amount of money that I was told for the service, plus enjoy on what I thought was for the tip is why I am leaving 3 stars. The massage itself is worth 5 stars but part of the review is reflected based on my customer experience.
