Critical: Punctuality, QualityI scheduled a 3:30 for Aug 19 2021 on the 18th. When I came in at 3:30 one lady whispered at me to have a seat and I’ll be helped. It wasn’t until 4 when someone noticed I was even there and asked if I had been helped. I told them I had a 3:30 but nobody knew I was even there for a haircut. They never told me who would be cutting my hair on the phone, just that I had a 3:30 set for the 19th. One of the other ladies said “no I don’t remember but I can squeeze him in” while I appreciate you having availability to squeeze me in 30 minutes after my appointment, and have another walk in get their hair cut first, I was very mad that they were so lax about missing an appointment that I had set the day before. I scheduled a 3:30 for Aug 19 2021 on the 18th. When I came in at 3:30 one lady whispered at me to have a seat and I’ll be helped. It wasn’t until 4 when someone noticed I was even there and asked if I had been helped. I told them I had a 3:30 but nobody knew I was even there for a haircut. Dawn did a beautiful and very professional job on my hair. I requested highlights. She matched the highlights with my haircolor perfectly. Dawn is real sweet lady too. I highly recommend her and Alaska Stylin.

Kristen did my hair yesterday and i loveeee it! I actually won a contest for the first time like ever! what i didn’t expect is to find a new hair dresser. im now a loyal customer thats for sure! She completely nailed the color i was aiming to achieve. She was very kind and listened to me on every detail on the look i wanted. I highly recommend her! Probably one of the best places ive been to for color and the cut. Definitely 5 stars!!!!! Id give more stars if i could! Im obsessed with my hair!!!!
