My daughter and I decided to try this place for a simple gel pedicure. I had already cut my toe nails down. The lady wanted to cut, I told her look my nails are very low they can’t go anymore my skin is there. She proceeded to file them. However she was filing my skin and the top of my big toes are hurting because of her filing. I had to keep pulling back my toes. The person doing my daughter almost the same thing but she kept clipping and pulling her cuticle and hurting her feet. My daughter kept telling her stop what your doing it hurts. She then proceeded to tell my daughter 1 more. Like what! Are yous serious lady. We both got white gel. Needless to say they need to brush up on their painting skills. I believe they were mad when my daughter told them she wasn’t tipping because they hurt her feet. Also, the one I had, laid the hot towel straight on my skin and then asked if it was to hot. It burned. They should open them up for a second test the middle part of thr towel on your leg and then lay it on. This was the hottest towel I ever had laid on me. If I would have let it sit I would have had burns

The technician was really awesome! She took great care and took the necessary time to finish the job even though I was late for my appointment and they were going to close in a short while. Rest of staff was really friendly and the place was spotless. COVID prevention ready: masks and antibacterial soap. I will definitely go back again!.

I went there hour before closing, because the place I usually go to closed early and failed to notify. My nails got chipped a lot today so I was in a pinch. They took me without problem, everyone was very polite and pleasant. Tiana did my nails, and she did wonderful job! I will definitely come back. Dip powder

I used to love Linda’s nails as I always walked away with a great mani/pedi. I finally went back after winter only to find a change of ownership. I didn’t recognize anyone there. My pedicure was quick and lacking and not at all what I was accustomed to. No spa version was even offered. I only get French on my toes which usually lasts me 2 weeks. It’s been 2 days and already need a redo because the associate didn’t take the time to properly clear the cuticles. I was quite intrigued with the dip polish as I’ve never tried it. Again, I only ever get gel French on hands. So thinking there would be some sort of manicure involved first I decided to try it. As an artist, my hands take a beating and these cuticles needed a complete overhaul. Associate only used an electric file. My nails look like a poor press on job with big gaps at cuticles like your acrylic nails would like when you’re needing a fill. They are not even shaped nicely. I have 3 stars because the associate was nice but I won’t be going back. I now need to find a new salon that will remove these ugly dips. Total cost was $85 for very basic pedicure and dip nails with no mani involved. I used to pay $95 for spa pedicure and gel French mani. Don’t bother going unless you just want your nails painted. I’m sure they can manage that.

Very unhappy with service. This was my second time at this salon and it was definitely different this time around. I went for a gel mani and pedi. The tech destroyed the shape of my nails on my hands and feet. I still have can see spots of my nail polish from my last pedicure. So she never even got of the old polish off my toes. Some of my fingers you can see streaks of polish and the top coat isn’t even completely on all of my finger nails. Two of the techs, more so the male tech, kept complaining about how busy they were because it 430p and they closed at 6p. Very unprofessional and completely rushed the entire time. Will not be back. Was definitely not worth the $80 I spent but if the girl stopped making major mistakes she wouldn’t have had to fix them. Still left the salon after they closed very unhappy. Don’t go her. Definitely a wasn’t of money.
