Went in with a really nice new set of nails (that I had done here) but one had broken and needed fixed. I decided to cut them down some and have color changed while I was there. Left with this sloppy mess and I’m not happy. I also have paint on my hands and he kept using the file on my FINGER and not even touching the nail. Two people had came in and was waiting for someone to get to them.. But that doesn’t mean rush through to get the person you’re working on out of your way so you can get someone else. We’re all paying the same kind of money. Was charged $35 and that’s basically what they’d charged for a fill with all the stuff I had done. I didn’t get a fill so make it make sense. I get mistakes happen but once I feel like they’re just trying to get me out the way, I won’t be back. They really looked at these nails and let me leave and was proud of it. Can’t get them fixed until I get paid again!

This was my first visit and sadly will be my last. I paid $40 for a pedicure and the man didn’t even put lotion on my feet or give a massage. He did massage my legs for about 30 seconds then didn’t put top coat on my polish. I had to request it from a lady named Sandy I believe.

I guess they don’t care about customer opinion. They told us to wait in the “waiting” room full of boxes, and after 45 minutes still hadn’t been waited on… Plus they had empty seats where no one was being worked on. Didn’t even say anything when we walked out. Let me give you some helpful advice. Don’t look here, especially if you want quality and “elegant” care!

Wait time was ridiculous. Was told to go ahead and take a seat for a pedicure, 30 min. Didnt have me soaking or anything. Got up and left. If you can’t get to a client dont have them sit and wait in a pedicure chair not soaking have them wait in a waiting area. Unprofessional. Too what had them share tools that went sanitized after using on a prior client. Glad I didnt get a pedicure would have probably ended up with a foot fungus.

Rude. Dirty. Where to worried about watching tv rather then being careful with cutting nails or doing their job correctly. Also tried to skip steps with my daughters pedicure but charge for a deluxe package.
