Firstly, they have taken every safety precaution from locking the door between guests, hand washing on arrival, plexiglass separation between you and your tech to single guest isolation in rooms. Besides that, the staff was pleasant, accommodating, and skilled. Customer service at its best.

The place is so nice. But the facial I received was terrible. I spent $65.00 for nothing. The etician act like she never trained before. Terrible! I love aveda tho! People are super friendly, just don’t get a facial! Waste of money!
