Positive: ProfessionalismI love this place very professional and clean. The staff was very friendly, great vibes all around! Had my nails done by Ada. She was truly amazing. Very gentle with her work and took her time to make sure the quality was perfect. I’ve seen so much of her work on Instagram and I just had to go see the real thing! Let me tell you she’s the real deal. I highly suggest booking here. I love this place very professional and clean. The staff was very friendly, great vibes all around! Had my nails done by Ada. She was truly amazing. Very gentle with her work and took her time to make sure the quality was perfect. I’ve seen so much of her work on Instagram and I just had to go see the real thing! Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe time I spent at this salon was horrible. Had a appointment scheduled for 5 and was made to sit there til 6(when the salon closed) when she was free to do my nails. First of all when she did my nails she repeated hurt my cuticles pushing the tool underneath my skin or burning me with the drill. Leaveing the salon my hands were sore to the point the next day my hands hurt alot. When it came down to laying the acrylic on my nails it was a complete disaster. No shape, the acrylic had pot holes in it. Nothing was smooth as acrylic nails should be. Absolutely no apex just flat and bumpy nails. She took so long to do these nails that everyone left the salon and it was only the two of us left. I don’t know if the gel polish was expired but it wouldn’t cure and was sticky so the point where it would leave finger prints on the nails. The foil transfer I wanted on my nails came out scratchy and spotty so much so that you couldn’t see the design. I ended up getting so annoyed with the process that I didn’t care about the nails and wanted to just leave. By the time I left it was almost 9. Waste of my time and money. If I could give this place zero stars I would. They post nice nails on Instagram but when you go for a set you leave with ugly, lumpy, and misshapened nails. The time I spent at this salon was horrible. Had a appointment scheduled for 5 and was made to sit there til 6(when the salon closed) when she was free to do my nails. The young lady who was supposed to do our nails was running late for some reason and asked that we show up an hour late but was still running late. Then they had more people in the salon than there could be, so I was asked to wait in the car but the people after me were allowed to wait inside. They were very unprofessional. The young lady who was supposed to do our nails was running late for some reason and asked that we show up an hour late but was still running late. Then they had more people in the salon than there could be, so I was asked to wait in the car but the people after me were allowed to wait inside. If I could give them zero stars I would, they lucky they got the one star.
