I got my nails done last Saturday. I do appreciate the fact that she done them without an appointment, plus she was very nice. However, I showed her how long I wanted my nails to be, and she still cut them too short. They’ve chosen a very light colour compared to the one I wanted, when I pointed that out she said she doesn’t have the exact same one I wanted, but I looked at the shelves and she actually did have what I precisely asked for. After that she charged me $67 for a set of acrylic nails (because she put a few diamonds around two fingers only, which she did not cover with the finishing coat and ended up coming off after one day). I do think that she could do way better.

However when it came to my nails (dip powder) the nails were different lengths (half of them were shorter than the long ones I wanted), the shaping was off, and less than a week later, they’re all lifting and chipping. A wonderful nail salon. Extremely clean, relaxing environment with helpful and attentive staff. The staff follow all masking and sanitizing precautions. I went in for a spa pedicure and it was great! They even offer different types of spa pedicures. I had forgotten to pick a color for my nails and requested the nail tech pick for me. She picked an awesome color and I absolutely love it! My nails look very nice, and I’m incredibly happy with them. However, I had an appointment at 930(the time they open according to Google), yet, there were already 4 people inside in the middle of a Mani or Pedi by all 4 technicians. About 10 mins after me, someone walked in with her daughters and said she had an appointment. I thought nothing of this, while I sat and chatted with her, as we both waited. Then her and her daughters were taken back first, despite me having been there first. After another 15 mins, I’m finally taken back to the pedicure chair and told to soak my feet. I sat there for 30 mins, the water becoming cold. I finally caught someone’s eye and asked them if someone was coming to take care of me since I had an appointment and had been waiting for an hour; I had even confirmed my appt the night beforehand. It’s very frustrating when you’re busy same schedule things and others have no consideration for your time. If I were a walk-in, that’d be a different story and I would completely understand, but I had an appointment for 2 weeks!
