I’ve been getting my nails done here every 2-3 weeks since January and I have never had a bad experience! My nails always look great, the color choices seem endless, and the technicians are always prompt and kind. My nails are in better shape than they have ever been before! Definitely recommend! Got a pedicure at this salon. After having called ahead and been promised that they had time for us right away, we waited about 30 minutes for someone to start. Then, during my pedicure, one of the staff had the entire side tray on my chair covered with dirty tools and such for the woman next to me who was also getting her nails done (while her side tray was empty). It was gross. I cannot recommend this place and will not be returning.

Miserable! No respect for the work they do or for the customer they do it for. Talking in their language in mocking tones while eying their customers. Did a miserable job on my nails and when I asked they said that if I don’t like their service, I needn’t come back. Absolutely rude, unprofessional and unreliable. I have mixed feelings. If you want fast service, this is your place. If you want consistent quality and professionalism, I’d probably go somewhere else. Some of the technicians here are great, but you can’t count on getting assigned to one of the great ones. Also, the focus is on speed here rather than quality. The technicians are usually talking to each other or on their phones while they work. A lesson in attentive, polite customer service is certainly needed. On the plus side, the salon is clean and well maintained. Parking is easy, and it’s right next to a Whole Foods market.
