Horrible service . They don’t listen to what you want and then if you complain it takes a group discussion to fix it . I literally asked for square nails and was given coffin /ballerina shaped nails . The lady did sloppy work too. She cut my finger filing it too. They suck. Not worth all the money I spend there. 45 minute drive and it’s worth it! I have been going to Sana for several years. She is the most genuine, sweet and caring nail tech I have ever met. She offers great advice on growing nails and what nail products are best for my nails. I especially love her creative side. When I get a pedicure I rarely tell her what I want because she will free style it which comes out magnificent. I truly recommend her if you are looking for professionalism, creativity and someone who truly cares about nails and their clients

I received a new set of nails & pedicure I noticed the tech wasn’t putting nail polish on my nails after the first round, the second round faking putting nail polish on the applicator stick. I noticed the fake act I asked for a third round he had the nerved to get an attitude the entire time I were there he barely spoke English until it was time for me to pay $100 more for the services. I wasn’t happy with an infested salon of bugs. This place had me as a regular customer at the first time I received service but now they care less about the customers services & cleaning they only care about the money. I will not be returning!

Horrible horrible service and customer service! They can barely do the bare minimum. I went here to get my nails done black matte and my nails were so lumpy and thick. Too much acrylic. In two days, the matte polish was lifting and cracking. When I went back to get it fixed, they had an attitude, made me wait 45 minutes and only tried to fix 3 nails. They refused to repolish them all. They made me pay $20 to get them repainted. Then he made my nail bleed. Don’t waste your time here! I’m filling a BBB report!

The reason I’m changing it is because the place is just not as clean/hygienic as it used to be. I usually get a pedicure but decided to get a manicure this time. The chair that I was told to sit at still had nail dust on it but I decided to let it go since the lady helping me wiped it down in front of me. Since I was in the pedicure chair, the lady gave me a pillow to rest my hand on while she worked, which was placed in my lap. After she was finished she removed the pillow & I noticed the pillow had left SOMEONE ELSE’s NAIL DUST on my black pants. :/ I knew it wasn’t mine because I got a very basic manicure, I did not get acrylic! She also did not clean my cuticles up super well, she just poked at them. 🙁 I also noticed that the tools used for my pedicure did not seem to be sterilized. I work in healthcare and I know that sterilized instruments are always sealed in bags with color indicators on them. She took these tools out of a jar in her toolbox. Maybe they at least wipe them down with alcohol after using them on clients but the inside of that jar still touches every instrument after they are used on each client and I’m not sure that they wipe the inside of the jar down. I’m very disappointed after this visit. I understand they have to work fast to get clients in and out but I think it’s unfair to the clients when they cut corners like that especially in areas where they NEED to be hygienic. :(The lady who did my pedicure did great with the actual technique part though.Original:Came in today for a pedicure and my technician did a great job! She was gentle & paid attention to detail. And I love that they use a barrier for the foot tub instead of that blue powder. I use to frequent this nail salon regularly for a pedicure. Today I walked in and just needed the acrylic removed from my 2 big toes. I was told to have a seat. 4 ladies walked in after me at different times and were serviced right away for pedicures. I’ve never had a problem with this establishment but I guess since I wasn’t getting a service that was considered worth their time then there was no point of giving me service today. I asked when someone would come over and was advised a lady that was finishing up someone’s nails would be with me shortly. Well that lady finished her client’s nails and she decided to take the next client who had just walked in. My acrylic removal would’ve took them all of 3-5 min but since that’s only a small charge it wasn’t worth it to actually assist me. I got up to leave and needless to say I won’t be frequenting them anymore when I actually do need a pedicure.
