I have been using Aivy nails since I have moved to Massachusetts. They are very pricey for a pedicure combined with the percentage they add on for using a credit card and then tip. My total for a gel pedicure is $58 before tip. At first, I didn’t mind because they usually did a good job. For the last year, they have had an elderly lady doing pedicures and she rushes everything. Well today was the last straw for me. After arriving for a 4:00 appointment and spending 5 minutes picking out a color, I was brought back to a nice chilly foot bath that lasted until 4:17. Within 12 minutes, she had cut my toe nails, cleaned around my cuticles, exfoliated the bottom of my feet and calves, and oiled my calves. Well at least she thought she did. I left the salon minus that clean feet feeling that you get from a decent soak. This was far worse than her usual swapping out the colors that I pick for what she perceives are close to what I chose (robin’s egg blue for a pale blue is her greatest trick). This will be the last time I drop an absorbent amount of money for such poor service. There are plenty of salons around that don’t charge ridiculous prices for minute services. Adios Aivy!

Tiffany gave me a manicure and a pedicure and she was great! First time a nail professional has never nicked me and made me bleed trying to get my cuticles off. I’m 39 weeks pregnant and when I called to ask if they vent their salon, they said it’s well vented or they could put a fan on me or blast the AC, but in the end none of that was necessary as they had the doors open and told me they don’t do many acrylics which is where the strong smell comes from and there was no potent smell at all. Tiffany was very friendly. No one asked me to pay before although I understand why they do that, as to not smudge the painted nails, but I only got a protective coat on my fingernails so they never inquired. Also, everyone was wearing masks and that made me feel safer in these uncertain times with covid on the rise again. I will be back!

Really nice shop, friendly staff. Mani and pedi in an hour, as requested. My only complaint is that there is no way to tip the staff unless you have cash (not usually) or Venmo (I don’t). They are passing their cc charge(2.5%) onto their customers, so it would make it much easier to just tip on the card.

We went to Solomon Pond Mall where we have gotten our nails done before at a salon called Creative and realized they had either moved or gone out of business. So we began looking up local places and drove out to another place close by. After scoping that nail salon out we didn’t like how it looked and realized there was another salon across the street! Finally being Aivy Nails and Spa! We called and they got us right in which was wonderful! Inside was very nice and clean and all the women greeted us and we picked our colors and made our way to our chairs! The ladies working on our feet were soo sweet and also very talented!! They spent so much time caring for our feet and also gave wonderful foot massages!! The gel nail colors we chose looked great and they really spent the time perfecting them and making sure we were being pampered! My sister who has been to many nail salons through the years told them that was the best pedicure she has ever gotten!! I asked for medium black ballerina acrylics and even showed a picture. The girl did it but then forgot my middle finger which took a little longer cuz she had to go back in to do it, it’s shorter and chunkier then what I asked for. It’s ok, not the worst but these were supposed to be my birthday nails and needless to say for $65 (tip included) I’m not really happy with it. The place is really cute and organized tho, I decided to give it a chance cuz of all the good reviews but sad to say it won’t work for me.

When they were Dalla nails exceptional and amazing service, and now that they have a new owner and have changed to Aivy nails, it only improved from then! The salon has been updated beautifully, it’s so classy and elegant and luxurious you get the full amazing treatment, I love being there! They feel like family, They offer you water when you come in, not many nail salons do! They take such care with your nails it’s awesome, I’m very very picky with the way I like my nails done and Maia nails it every single time, she knows just how to take care of her clients ! When they were Dalla nails exceptional and amazing service, and now that they have a new owner and have changed to Aivy nails, it only improved from then! The salon has been updated beautifully, it’s so classy and elegant and luxurious you get the full amazing treatment, I love being there! They feel like family, They offer you water when you come in, not many nail salons do!
