I had an incredible experience at Aivi Aesthetics. Angelica was very informative, professional and kind. She was able to guide me through each step of the hydra facial with gentleness and care. It was my first experience at a med spa and she was patient with my questions and explaining everything she was doing. I am also new to skincare and she provided me with details about each product the spa offers. I felt very comfortable and loved that she was respectful of my boundaries. Anyone would be in great hands if they go see Angelica for their skincare and med spa needs. I highly recommend and can’t wait to go back next month for another hydra facial. The place is new. It’s really neat and clean when you come in. It feels so calm and relaxing when you first come in. Everybody is so welcoming and nice. Angelica explained to me everything that she was gonna do and while she was doing it. She waa also explaining why she’s doing it! It’s like microneedling 101! She made sure that i was comfortable and made me feel like i was taken care of the whole time!
