Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValuePlease do not go here to get your hair done!!!I called to schedule a hair appointment on Tuesday for Saturday morning at 8 and when I got there she wasn’t there and ended up starting on my hair at 10. She ran out out of hair , and I honestly don’t think she cleans her combs because my scalp is very irritated and I haven’t had the braids in my head for 2 weeks and still paid full price after the inconvenience. Her granddaughter is terrible and doesn’t listen to anything she says and the shop has a musty smell to it. Went to make a appointment. Not any pictures of what she can do. Went on another site to show what I want. We will see after she do my hair. Have seen her work on others and I love her work. If there was a way to give a 0 out of 5 she would be receiving it. So, I set an appt. in person. I wrote my name number and time I was coming in (@9am). Fast forward to the day. I got there at 9:00… no one was there so I waited thinking she was running a little late. At 9:15 still no one so I called. Her daughter said someone would be there around 10 or 10:30. So I went to do a few things and came back at 10:30… STILL NO ONE!!! Leading me to go get hair done somewhere else. Such an inconvenience!
