I have had several facials over the years, from several places throughout Naples, and every one has been mediocre at best. Your face gets washed, extractions are done, a mask is put on and then you rest for a while with some essential oils in a diffuser, etc… No real results came of those facials. At AiSpa Anti-Aging & Wellness I received a consultation before any treatment was done. I was given the option of having the standard facial, or a treatment that would lead to results and give me what I am looking for; younger looking skin, smaller pores, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. I am so happy with the results! My skin looks great and I will be a customer for life 🙂

I was at a local gathering of massage therapists and alternative health practitioners yesterday, I’ve heard not just one but several experiences about the dishonesty of this spa owner and how she treats the foreign people she employs, please beware. Several years ago I’ve also had the misfortune of working for Ai, I was legal, just had not been living in the U.S. and quite naive. Ai had me give many Japanese Reiki healing treatments to her mother, then paid me a ridiculously low amount because of the “family discount” she’d never informed me of before payday. Then there was a customer who had gotten angry after having waited too long because the secretary badly messed up the appointment schedule and lost her phone number too. I gave her a longer than usual, very relaxing treatment, but learned on payday that I was not getting paid for that treatment because Ai had never charged that customer to pacify her anger, employees could get paid only for the treatments Ai did charge! After this I never went back to work for Ai again, I wish that customers and hopefully Ai’s own family too may stop accepting the so called “discounts” and “gifts” Ai “sweetly” offers them.

I have been going to AiSpa Wellness since the day it opened. I never use anyone else to do my facials or my eyelash extensions. Ai, the owner is the only person I go to. She always makes me feel so good after my appointment. I also do microdermabrasion to help my redness and my scarring on my face. This place is the best!!

I saw this place on Groupon. What a JOKE. They offered reflexology with a facial. My goldfish could have done “reflexology” better than this pathetic foreigner who barely spoke and did not understand English. No way they are licensed professionals. She appeared to have ZERO training, or education. Her facial was completely pathetic, there was no routine and what felt like sand left and massaged into my skin. They could not have cared any less. This was NO discount. It was nothing but an upsetting experience. DO NOT BOTHER, THEY TRULY ARE HORRIBLE.

The worst lamest facial I have ever had! The “reflexology” consisted of pressing on my hands and feet. No methodology whatever, which is very important to your reputation when doing a facial. I left feeling like I needed moisturizer my skin hurt and was red. When doing my massage and it felt like there was sand all over my face. So unprofessional it was crazy! ~ I am a licensed and real aesthetician writing this review.
