I went in to have my gel color color removed and get a new gel manicure. The 1st thing that happened was the technician started taking my color off with a rotating electric tool used for acrylic nails. Never has any salon done this. I asked if I could remove my own gel with remover and they said yes but didn’t understand it was because I didn’t want my nail surface removed and ruined!

I have been going to this nail salon for months. But the lovely couple that own it haven’t been in the salon for several months. I have still been going and remaining faithful because I thought it was a nice place to go. Let me just say that pricing has been consistent for all the month I have been having my nails and pedicures. I noticed that every so often there were new employees. I went again yesterday and there were new employees. I have always paid the same price for my nails. Even with all the new people coming and going. Yesterday I went in for a powder fill and went to pay and the guy at the front desk tried charging me $60.00. I didn’t do anything new I had the same thing done I always do. They decided $55.00 was better. I grabbed a price sheet upon leaving and when I got home it said $45.00. So I called the salon and asked the kid (Kevin) to look at the price sheet I had been charged $10.00 too much. Kevin starts yelling at me and is very rude on the phone. He also hung up on me twice. I tried calling him back and asking him to please look at the price sheet he hung up again. The next time I called a woman answered and said the owners would be in today. So I was okay with that so I called today and the owners were not in the shop and they didn’t know when the owners would be in. So a customer that spends $1600.00 a year on nails they just lost over $10.00. And a rude child yelling at me on the phone. Bad customer service , that kid (Kevin) has no business answering the phone. He is hot headed and rude.

I forgot to get the lady’s name but everyone in there was super nice and professional with the clients they were working with, they went at a really good pace while still giving quality work.
