This is maybe the best threading place in Philadelphia. I have naturally thick eyebrows and Aisha does such an amazing job of shaping my brows without making them look thinner. I have gotten my eyebrows threaded several times over the past few years and it was fine, priced correctly. Today I came in and asked for the usual – straight, thick eyebrow threading. It’s a shame the lady was multitasking on the phone, because she basically threaded my eyebrows off. I could feel the hairs falling on my face. They were turned out way too thin and now I have to wait for the hair to grow back.

I used to go to Salon D’artiste on the main line in Wayne who would charge me upwards of $30 for an eyebrow wax. My boyfriend recommended Aisha’s because that’s where he gets them done (he has very thick brows that are to die for, I’m so jealous of my boyfriend). I wanted mine to look like his, and they make them look perfect every time. It’s usually a different person each time, too, yet they are so consistent. I’ve been coming here for almost a decade now. My eyebrows are tricky because one has a naturally straight shape and the other has a deep curve, so to make these two look like sisters is no easy feat. They do me so well here, I refuse to go anywhere else.

Don’t bother because you’re going to have to clean it up yourself. The whole process takes less than five min, and they don’t even bother to go in and tweeze. They left two really obvious hairs, as you can see in this picture.
