I went in for a henna tattoo appointment. The whole experience was decent but I paid an exorbitant price for the service when the tattoo barely lasted 2 days. I can tell it’s poor quality because the henna is literally peeling off.

The heavy set lady in chair one who wouldn’t give me her name then said it was Fatima completely messed my eyebrows up. She thinned them and when I went back to show her how my eyebrows looked before she claimed I drew them in when my eyebrows are so thick I don’t need to fill them in. I showed her a picture without makeup and she kept trying to gaslight me that she didn’t thin them. The front desk lady said she’s never made a mistake before and that I’m lying and she didn’t mess my eyebrows up. Absolutely disgusting service and people. I went to get my eyebrows threaded and they completely ruined my thick brows. All I asked was for a clean up an even showed a photo of what I wanted. I ended up with 90’s Pamela Anderson eyebrows. At that point there was no point in arguing with the salon because it wouldn’t bring my eyebrows back lol. Don’t come here if you want to gamble in messing up your eyebrows.

Hi I had a horrible experience today. I am a regular customer and visit almost every month. My appointment was at 3 pm but due to some confusion, there was delay. This is okay because I know they were short staffed today because of the holiday. However, their attitude is completely unprofessional. The person sitting at the reception made comments about my way of dressing. She was surprised to see me wear shorts because I am from Pakistan. She said you have become ‘advanced’ – she was also talking to other people about my dressing which is not appropriate. Last time when I visited, they made comments about my hair growth but I ignored. My friend recently visited for a haircut and they commented on her poor quality of hair. We pay for each service and it is absolutely unprofessional to comment about someone’s looks/way of dressing. I spoke to the person at the reception, who did not seem apologetic at all. This was my last time at Aisha’s and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Some of the ladies that do the eyebrows here are very unprofessional. She was telling me I need to wear a mask when the owner at the front desk is not wearing a mask either. Also the eyebrow lady was wearing a cloth mask which does not prevent against covid.

I’ve been to this place a few times before today and had a great experience. Today was a different story. I asked for my eyebrows to be threaded. The woman who did the threading was rude and made my eyebrows WAY TOO THIN. I am so upset. I’m have an event on Sunday and my eyebrows are basically non existent. I will not be returning to this location ever again.

I’ve been going to Aisha’s in Clear Lake since I moved to Texas 6 years ago. I moved to Dickinson and I still go here every two weeks. Bushra is absolutely amazing!!!!! She does my eyebrows and facials and I’m always very pleased with the work she does!! She takes her time and makes sure every little detail is perfect!!! I’d recommend here and her to anyone looking for utter satisfaction !!!

We went to Aisha’s Salon for my sisters wedding makeup, they did a horrible makeup and traumatized my sister with bad words in her wedding day. Their makeup had visible dark lines, because they did not had the right product, we had to go and buy our right product and redo the whole makeup while they was sitting there and laughing among them self. Made us 2 hours late to the wedding. And when she complained they said to her “you would not have a blessed wedding”. Our guests kept waiting for 2 hours while we were redoing the whole makeup. When i said we will report them they said they don’t care. Worst experience ever, they have a very bad customer service.

Everyone at Aishas Salon is amazing! They are incredibly nice and always do a phenomenal job on my eyebrows! I only get my eyebrows done here. When you do go ask for Bushra she is so very nice and gentle. My eyebrows always come out perfect!!
