Very patient hair stylist, her name is Elena, did hair cut for 4 of my kids and then for me, continued her job a good 45 minutes beyond their standard hours to complete all our haircuts in one go. Attaching my receipts. This is my 1st time at Richmond Location and had very bad experience. I went for Full arms and back waxing. Employee of Aisha’s (Gulnaz) says I also do waxing at home. if you want to come at my place I will charge less than what Aisha Salon is charging. While doing wax I have to tell her multiple times that wax is hot and it pains as my skin is sensitive. She forgot to do waxing at one of my arms (small portion) and have to ask her couple of times and she charged me extra for that as waxing other body part. I did tell her why did she charged me so much as full arms price is $25 to $28 but she didnt responded in a professional manner.

Really great service! My eyebrows are done the exact way I want them. I have very thick eyebrows and they don’t make them any thinner. They keep my eyebrows their shape and out of the 10 times I’ve been, there’s only been 1 time that they were *slightly* not what I wanted. But yeah, really great job!

I have been to a lot of threading places. And we know that there is gonna be pain. I am not someone that ever gets used to it (plus I have a lot of hair). But Elena was able to thread my eyebrow in such a gentle and thorough manner. You could tell with her work she cared on the final product not just a simple clean up. I appreciate it so much!! I loved my eyebrows after and am going to make the drive here if it means less pain and same great results!!!
