I’ve been going to this location for a few years now, and this is my second time bringing my daughters here to this location to get their haircut, this is their second haircut here at this location on Saturday August 6, 2022 I scheduled appt at 11am for my daughter’s haircut. Great service and staff! I called for a last minute waxing appointment for myself and the lady who answered was friendly and very accommodating. Once we got there, they also allowed my daughter to get waxed as well. I highly recommend anyone looking for a waxing to go. Well job done at a reasonable price!

Absolutely annoyed by this place. Their turnover rate is so high – I have a different eyebrow technician every two weeks because they are all quitting. Eyebrow wait is 30 minutes or more because there is only 1 person doing eyebrows. Also the prices have tremendously increased on everything. Was charged 4.00 for lower lip 2 weeks ago and was told it was another recent increace. I used to love this place but its inconsistent because I have a different eyebrow person every time now and the prices have increased

I had my makeup and hair done. But she took one and half hours to curl hair and still not perfect and make up was fadding in one hour. 3 hours just for normal make up and curl hair still result is very bad. Charge full for service. I definitely not suggest for make up or hair style Makeup services

Once again, my brows were rushed and botched. I went on 09/10/2022 at 5:40 pm. Literally nobody was there except my mom and me. Whoever sat in the front left station is ridiculous. She rushed the whole process after trying to get me to get my brows done while they were still filled in with makeup. Not even an apology after she clearly made one significantly higher and thinner than the other. If you don’t want to service clients, just don’t. But don’t botch people.

Sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes before someone came out to see what service I needed. Told me it would be about 5 more minutes, proceeded to not come out for another 20 minutes to let me know it will be another 15-20 minute wait. There was 2 workers present and neither could preform a 5 minute eyebrow threading.

My experience is the best here. The owner is very cooperative and friendly. The beautician Sunny, she is the best. I love the way she works. She always makes sure that the work that is done is perfect and the customer is feeling comfortable and satisfied. Sunny do everything very in a very cleanly way. The way she put dye on hairs and then washes hairs, that’s amazing… no drop of water goes into ear or eye or nose ☺️ She is excellent. She is amazing in facials as well. My daughter loves get the hair treatment from Sunny. There is another beautician Zara, she is good and experienced too. Overall, everyone is very good and are very friendly.
